How we price
No price list, and here is why.
The same three words mean a fortnight in one business and a quarter in another. A published number would be either too high for most of you or quietly revised upwards after you committed.

Three shapes
Not tiers. Three different pieces of work.
Tiers imply a good, better and best of the same thing. These are bought by people in different situations, and one of them is deliberately the cheapest possible way to stop dealing with us.
You know what is broken.
A piece of work
A fixed scope with an end date: a measurement plan and install, a tracking repair, a landing page, an audit written by a person. Quoted as one number before it starts, and it does not become a retainer unless you ask it to.
- Scoped and quoted in writing before anything begins
- One number, not an hourly rate with a range
- Everything built stays yours, documented, whether or not we continue
The answer needs maintaining.
The ongoing work
A monthly fee for measurement and advertising run together: campaigns managed, numbers reconciled, a weekly note and a monthly read. It exists because a measurement plan nobody revisits stops describing your business within about two quarters.
- A flat monthly fee, agreed on scope and reviewed twice a year
- Never a percentage of spend, for the reason below
- Thirty days to leave, and we hand over rather than hold anything hostage
You want to know if you are being told the truth.
A second opinion
We read what somebody else built and tell you plainly whether it is right. Sometimes the answer is that your current supplier is doing good work and the reporting is the only problem. We would rather say that and be the people who did.
- Fixed fee, one or two weeks
- A written finding you can hand to whoever you like, including your current agency
- No obligation to work with us afterwards, and no discount for doing so
What is not on the invoice
Three things we will not charge you for.
A percentage of your ad spend
Being paid more when you spend more is the wrong incentive for the people whose job includes telling you when to spend less. Our fee does not move with your budget in either direction.
A setup fee for our own tooling
The dashboards and the measurement plan are built in your accounts, on your data. You are paying for the work, not for permission to keep using it afterwards.
A long lock in
Thirty days. A contract that needs a year to protect it is a contract that expects the client to want out before then.
The floor
Below about two thousand a month, we will say no.
That is ad spend, not our fee. Under it, what we charge is a bigger problem than your advertising is, and no amount of good work fixes that arithmetic.
It costs us enquiries and we publish it anyway, because the alternative is taking the money and quietly underdelivering for two quarters. If you are under the floor, the honest answer is usually one piece of work to get the measurement right, after which you run it yourself. We are happy to do that and to say so.
What a first conversation costs
Nothing, and there is no deck. 30 minutes, one question, and you leave with our honest view of whether it is measurable and roughly what it would take.
Afterwards you get it in writing: what we heard, what we would do first, and what it would cost. You can hold that against anyone else’s quote, including the one you already have.
Book a callYour turn
Ask what it would cost for your situation.
You will get a number, in writing, after one conversation. If the answer is that you should not hire us, that is also a number, and we will explain it.
