Search visibility, built into the site

Paid traffic stops the day you stop paying. This is the other half, and most of it is decided by how the site is built.

Someone working at a laptop in a bright room

You are paying for every visitor twice over, and the pages that should bring people in for free do not exist, or exist and say nothing.

What changes

What we go after, in order.

The pages you already rank for

Position eight to position three on a page that already exists is worth more than a new page nobody links to, and it takes a fraction of the work.

The searches that carry intent

Fewer people, further along. Ranking for a broad term you cannot convert is a vanity result that costs real money to hold.

The technical floor

Speed, crawlability, structure, duplicates. Unglamorous, and it is the reason good content sits on page four.

How it runs

The order we work in.

This order is deliberate. Publishing before the technical floor is fixed is paying to print pages nobody will be shown.

  1. Find out what is broken

Crawl, index coverage, speed on real devices, and whatever the site is doing that quietly prevents pages being seen.

  2. Fix the floor

Structure, internal links, metadata, structured data, and the redirects that got lost in the last redesign.

  3. Improve what already ranks

The fastest available gain, almost always. Existing pages, made genuinely better for the person who lands on them.

  4. Then write the missing pages

For questions your customers actually ask, answered properly once, rather than thin pages produced on a schedule.

What is included

What the work covers.

  • A technical audit with the findings ranked by what they are worth, not by how many there are
  • Core Web Vitals treated as an engineering problem, because that is what it is
  • Structured data for the things you actually are: organisation, services, products, articles, FAQs
  • Internal linking planned rather than accidental
  • Search Console and Analytics read together, monthly, by a person
  • Content written by people who understand the business, or a brief good enough for yours to write it

We will not promise you a position. Anybody who does is either guessing or buying links, and both of those bills arrive later.

What we will not sell

Questions people ask

The ones that actually arrive.

How long before it works?

Technical fixes can show within weeks. Anything resting on new content or new links is three to six months before it is fair to judge. If that is too slow for the problem you have, advertising is the honest answer and we will tell you so.

Do you build links?

Not by buying them. We will help you earn them with work worth citing, and we will tell you if your market is one where that is realistically slow going.

Is SEO still worth it with AI answers taking traffic?

It has changed and it has not ended. What is worth less is content that restates what everyone else says. What is worth more is being the primary source for something specific and being technically legible to the things doing the summarising.

Can you do this if another agency built the site?

Yes, and we will be straight about whether the platform is the constraint. Sometimes the most valuable thing we can tell you is that the site itself is the reason the work is not paying.

Your turn

Bring one question you cannot currently answer.

30 minutes. We will tell you whether it is measurable, roughly what it would take, and whether we are the right people for it.
