Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Zip VPN (the “App”), published by Qikks Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Service

The App routes your device’s internet traffic through a VPN server you select. It is free, requires no account, and is supported by advertising.

The App does not operate its own exit servers. It connects you to validated public VPN servers, drawn primarily from the free volunteer-operated VPN Gate network. Those servers are run by third parties. Their availability, speed and conduct are outside our control, and a server that worked yesterday may be gone today.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Break any law that applies to you, or to the server you connect through
• Send spam, distribute malware, or attack, scan or disrupt any network, service or device
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or distribute material you have no right to distribute
• Harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone
• Interfere with the App itself, including attempting to circumvent, disable or automate around its advertising

VPN use is restricted or unlawful in some countries. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you are.

Advertising

Advertising is what pays for the App. You agree that ads may be shown, including between actions such as connecting and disconnecting. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for it.

Availability

The App is provided on a best-effort basis. Server availability varies constantly, some networks block VPN traffic outright, and there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee that a connection will succeed, that any particular location will be available, or that any particular speed will be reached.

No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, nor that its use will make you anonymous.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qikks Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the App, which is zero.

Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through Google Play and uses third-party services for advertising, consent and analytics. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. See the Privacy Policy for the list, and the open-source licenses for the software the App is built with.

Changes and Termination

We may update the App or these Terms at any time; the date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
