Delete your account

Two ways to do it. The first takes about ten seconds.

From inside the app

Open Ludo Arena.
Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
Scroll to Account.
Tap Delete account, then Delete anyway to confirm.

Your account is removed straight away. You do not need to email anybody and you do not need to wait.

This cannot be undone. There is no recovery period and no way for us to restore an account afterwards. Gems bought with real money go with it and cannot be refunded, because the purchase was spent the moment it was credited to you.

By email

If you have lost the phone, uninstalled the app, or would rather we did it, write to support@qikksstudio.com and we will remove the account for you.

Include your friend code if you know it, which is the number on your profile card. If you signed in with Google, write from the same email address so we can be sure the account is yours. We answer within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your account and display name, including your place on the leaderboard.
Your Google details, if you signed in: name, email address and account identifier.
Game record and match history — games, wins, captures, pawns home and season standing.
Coins and gems. Not refundable, see above.
Friends, friend requests and blocks, removed from other players’ lists too.
Reports you made, and reports that named you. Both directions.
Your login sessions, which signs you out everywhere.

What is not, and why

A game still in progress. If a match is being played when you delete, the temporary record of that game clears itself within a few hours. Nothing in it identifies you once the account is gone.
Purchase records held by Google. Google Play keeps its own record of anything you bought, and we cannot delete that. Ask Google, at support.google.com/googleplay.
Anything on your phone. Deleting your account does not uninstall the app. Uninstall it separately if you want it gone.

Playing as a guest

If you never signed in with Google, you still have an account: the game makes one on first launch so your record, coins and friend code have somewhere to live. It has no email address attached, but it does carry the name you chose and it does appear on the leaderboard. Delete it the same way, from Settings inside the app.

A guest account can only be deleted from the phone it lives on, because that phone holds the only proof it is yours. If you have already uninstalled, there is nothing left that can be linked back to you, but write to us anyway if you would like that confirmed.
